How do I get paid at Banner?

In order to get paid, each employee must submit a signed timecard indicating your hours worked. You will receive an electronic copy of this timecard to print off at the client site prior to your official start day.

All timecards are due by 10 am on Monday following your week of work. You may submit your timecard to your local branch either via email or fax. Failure to submit your signed timecard by the deadline will result in your check being processed a week later.

All of our Field Associates on Temporary and Temp to Hire assignments are paid weekly, the Friday after the week of work. We strongly encourage that every Field Associate signs up for Direct Deposit.

What happens if my check is lost in the mail?

In the event that your paycheck is lost in the mail, Banner will reissue you a new check after 10 business days have passed. We must wait this time period in order to give the US Postal Service ample time to deliver the check to you.

Once that time period has past, it is critical that you come into our offices to pick up the replacement check and sign an affidavit that the check has been lost.

In order to prevent this from happening, we strongly encourage everyone to sign up for direct deposit.
