How many job openings are also listed on internet sites, too? Many of our customers conduct confidential searches that are never advertised.
Will I be charged a fee to be placed in a temporary or permanent position? Our service is entirely free to candidates. There is no fee to the candidates.
What is Banner's screening process? Each candidate meets with our consultants for an interview to assess skills, abilities and career goals. Appropriate skills are tested and references are checked.
What skills are tested when you evaluate a candidate? All candidates are tested on basic grammar, math and matching skills. All Banner offices are also equipped with the Qwiz Skills Evaluation system which evaluates typing, data entry and software proficiency.
Is there a way that I can improve my current computer skills in order to be more effective? Through our free Quiz tutorials you may enhance your existing computer skills or learn a new software.
How soon after I complete the screening and testing process can I start working? Immediately.
