Temporary assignments give you the opportunity to experience a wide variety of jobs and careers. Temporary jobs also give you the benefits of a wage but won’t tie you down to a specific location or job.

Please bring a copy of your resume, proof of identity and proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Bring a list of the most recent three to five employers with the names of your supervisors and their phone numbers for references. If you have written letters of recommendation from former employers, you can bring those as well.

Banner evaluates each position individually and may conduct criminal background checks, drug screens or other inquiries required per job. Your Banner representative will notify you prior to a background check being run.

Please know that we meet thousands of employees each year, and while we would love to remember each and every person, that is just not humanly possible. Please keep us up to date on your job search. You may do this by calling your local branch office every 1–2 weeks or by emailing your recruiter directly.

No. Banner’s offices all work very closely together to identify the best matches for each of our employees and job opportunities. You only need to work with your Recruiter, and you will be considered for roles throughout the organization.

If you are unable to accept an assignment when Banner calls you, we ask that you share with us why so we may better target job opportunities for you. If you accept an assignment, we expect you to complete it.

To get paid, employees must submit a signed timecard indicating your hours worked. You will receive an electronic copy of this timecard to print off at the client site prior to your official start day.

All timecards are due by 10 a.m. on Monday following your workweek. You may submit your timecard to your local branch via email or fax. Failure to submit your signed timecard by the deadline will result in your check being processed a week later.

All of our field associates on temporary and temp-to-hire assignments are paid weekly, on the Friday after the workweek. We strongly encourage that every field associate to sign up for direct deposit.

If your paycheck is lost in the mail, Banner will reissue a new check after 10 business days have passed. We must wait for this period to give the U.S. Postal Service ample time to deliver the check to you.

Once that time has passed, you must come into our offices to pick up the replacement check and sign an affidavit that the check has been lost.

To prevent this from happening, we strongly encourage everyone to sign up for direct deposit.
